ICO Launchpad v6.2.6

Release Date: August 26, 2026 Tags: MOBILE, LICENSING, COMPLIANCE, PORTFOLIO

Overview

A token sale is a regulated offering, and this release stops serving one to a resident of a country you have not said you are licensed in. The check runs for native app clients at the point a contribution is committed, not only where the screen is drawn — a screen withheld from a phone stops a screen being drawn and stops nothing else, because a request built by hand still commits the customer.

The portfolio screens also stop sending a projected current value and an expected return to the app. What a contribution actually bought, and what it has actually returned, are untouched: the line is between a claim about the future and a fact about the past.

Nothing changes on the web, and existing contributions, vesting schedules and releases are unaffected. Requires Core v6.7.2.

Update Instructions

pnpm updator

Restart the backend. There is no database change and no configuration.

Added

A licence check on committing to a sale

  • Added a residence check on contributing to an offering, for native app clients. Token offerings are served only to residents of a country you have recorded a licence attestation for, in System → Geo → Licence Attestations in core.
  • Residence comes from the KYC application you approved and from the customer's profile as a fallback, never from an IP address.
  • Exits are never gated: an existing contribution stays visible, and vesting and release are untouched.

Changed

The app is not sent a projected value

  • Changed the portfolio and the portfolio's investment list to strip forward-looking figures from a native response — expected return and a computed current value.
  • The amount contributed, the tokens received and what the position has actually realised are all untouched.
